SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Nexora. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship worldwide. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

- Free Standard Shipping (Tracked): 7-12 business days — FREE
- Priority Insured Shipping (Fast Processing): 4-7 business days — $4.99
🌐 REST OF THE WORLD (Europe, Asia, Americas, Oceania)
- Economy Shipping: 15-25 business days — $3.99
- Standard Shipping (with Tracking): 10-20 business days — $5.99
- Worldwide Express Insured: 7-12 business days — $12.99
*Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, extreme weather conditions, or local holiday seasons.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to monitor your delivery at any time through our tracking page.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, handling fees, and any other governmental or carrier-imposed charges arising from the importation of the purchased goods into the destination country (collectively, the "Import Charges") shall be the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise at the checkout page, all orders are shipped on a duties-and-taxes-unpaid basis, and Import Charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to the Seller.
The Buyer agrees to timely pay all applicable Import Charges required for customs clearance and delivery of the goods. Failure or refusal to pay such charges may result in delays, storage fees, return of the shipment, abandonment, or destruction of the goods.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, if the Buyer refuses delivery, fails to pay Import Charges, or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the Seller shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid for the goods, shipping costs, or any other costs incurred in connection with the order.
5. Damaged or Lost Items
At Nexora, we care about your order. If you received your order damaged, or if the package is officially lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at nexorashopnoww@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will review your request and arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.
