Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account: https://shopify.com/102163579061/account
After submitting your withdrawal request, you must return the items within 14 days. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
We will refund the full price of the items, including the standard outbound shipping cost. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
